Reading a COA: Moisture, Aflatoxin and Grade

A certificate of analysis is only useful if you know what to look for. A short guide to the numbers that actually matter.

The three numbers buyers read first

Moisture tells you about shelf life and mould risk; aflatoxin tells you about food safety and regulatory acceptance; grade tells you whether the size and appearance match what you sold. We report all three per lot, with traceability back to the originating facility.

One lot, one identifier

Every consignment carries a lot identifier linking it to origin, grading date and test results — so any question is resolved in minutes, not guesswork.
